Quinquennial Reports…

Masefields were once again commissioned to carry out a quinquennial report on the headquarters offices of Rotary International.

This is a comprehensive building inspection carried out every five years, designed to assess the condition of a property and guide long-term maintenance planning.

For our clients this report plays a critical role in ensuring the building remains safe, operational, and aligned with the organisation’s values of stewardship and responsibility.

The report provided a detailed analysis of the building’s structure, internal and external fabric, and key systems, identifying any existing or potential defects, categorising them by urgency, and providing an outline schedule of repairs and maintenance needed over the following five years.

For a charity, especially one operating on a global scale, the headquarters often serves as the administrative and strategic heart of the organisation. Maintaining it in good condition is essential not only for the safety and wellbeing of staff but also for supporting efficient operations and presenting a professional, credible image to donors, partners, and the public.
