Due to a rapid expansion in the number of children and adults we have playing at Alcester Town Football Club, we were desperately in need of an upgrade to our facilities to accommodate our 350 members. In order to secure funding from the Football Foundation we needed to update our existing lease and the schedule of condition. Gave us a lot of time and advice when going through the report before we decided to purchase the premises and since the purchase of the property in Redditch, we have again engaged Steve to assist in the dilapidation schedules of the premises we have vacated. Through his help we were able to settle at 25% of the original amount. Charges for both surveys and reports were reasonable and very acceptable.
