They provided us with a very informative and detailed report on the premises and quick.

Gave us a lot of time and advice when going through the report before we decided to purchase the premises and since the purchase of the property in Redditch, we have again engaged Steve to assist in the dilapidation schedules of the premises we have vacated. Through his help we were able to settle at 25% of the original amount. Charges for both surveys and reports were reasonable and very acceptable.
