Planning Received For Two Storey Extension in Green Belt

The extension and remodelling of a semi-detached house to create an enlarged master bedroom with ensuite at first floor, with a ground floor extension to provide an improved kitchen and entertaining space, configured to take advantage of the long enclosed rear garden.

The property is located in the Green Belt and as such planning approval was obtained thanks to a scheme designed and tailored to work with planning policy, creating a scheme that had minimal impact on the openness of the open countryside.

The project is expected to be complete by the Autumn of 2023.
