Private apartments, Solihull

Masefields were appointed by Four Shires Contracting as their project architect under a design & build contract to assist in the development of a block of 14 apartments on a busy intersection in Solihull.

The scheme had planning approval, but technical design had not been undertaken and the limited external space and sloping site required sympathetic adjustments to the approved scheme to achieve spacious apartments with under croft parking whilst ensuring simplicity of construction on a land locked and constrained site.
