5 New Build Houses

Masefields received a third commission from a private investment company to design a small residential development on a former domestic garage site.

The site was acquired by our clients with outline planning and our brief was to improve the developable area in order to maximise gross development value and create desirable homes.  A scheme of three terraced and a pair of semi detached houses each with private enclosed garden and accessed along a short private road to shared courtyard parking.
