Roof Repairs & External Decoration, Grade II Listed Building

Masefields were instructed to project manage the external repairs and replacement roof covering to a Grade II Listed building in Malvern.

The property had suffered from several roof leaks to pitched roofs, tower, balconies and hidden valley gutters, as well as deterioration and decay to timber sash windows and decorations.

Masefields initially carried out a condition survey, and then produced specification and schedule of works, managed the tender process and acted as Project Manager and Contract Administrator.

Nolan Decorations Ltd of Worcester, acted as Main Contractor and completed the works to a high standard, which as well as addressing the water ingress, refurbishment of sash windows, the repairs and external decorations have seen a significant improvement in the buildings kerb appeal.
